Frank is a 4th generation licensed, registered and insured master plumber.
Background
Frank went to Eastern Montgomery Tech School and in 1992 placed First in the Pennsylvania VICA competition. He went on to win the national competition held in Louisville, Kentucky. Frank worked with his father and uncle at Russell Brothers Plumbing and Heating where he gained all of his outstanding plumbing experience. FKR IV was started in June 1999 when a need arose to assist neighbors during severe flooding in Hatboro. The owner, Frank Russell started by helping neighbors reignite water heaters. Since then he has done several residential and commercial projects including entire shopping centers and commercial stores. I have experience in all kinds of residential and commercial plumbing and heating jobs. Frank is also backflow certified (ASSE & NEWWA).
